1. On your computer or laptop, download and install the WhatsApp desktop application.
2. Using WhatsApp on your smartphone, scan the QR code to open and configure it. All of your WhatsApp contacts are now available to you.
3. On the desktop app, click the call button in the top right corner of the screen to initiate a voice or video call.
4. To start a voice or video call, click the call button.
Once you have dialed a number, an independent window that can be resized will appear on your screen. While you continue to engage in chats or view online material, you will always notice the call window at the top of the screen.
