ISLAMABAD: During the first eleven months of the FY2022-23, the US remained Pakistan's top export destination, closely followed by China and the UK.
The SBP said that the overall value of exports to the US from July to May (2022-23) was $5,481.385 million, a decrease of 11.05% from the same period the previous year when exports totaled $6,162.991 million.
China remained Pakistan's second-largest export market, receiving items worth $1,891.949 million, a fall of 25.64% from $2,544.418 million in exports the year before.
With items shipped to the UK valued at $1,806.385 million during the examined period, the country took third place among export destinations. This amount represents a 10.21% decrease from the $2,011.859 million in exports during the same time last year.
